Terms & Conditions

1. Trinity Truth Foundation will contact you as soon as we receive your booking.
2. Once we have contacted you, we will issue a quote for your teambuilding event.
3. A deposit of 70% is payable upon acceptance of the quotation. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. (Compiling of the teambuilding presentation already commence once the quote is accepted and team members start completing their questionnaires.)
4. Trinity Truth Foundation will contact each person in your organisation to complete an individual questionnaire and receive an individual result sheet.
5. Each team member of your organisation gives consent that the content of his/her result sheet may be shared with the rest of the team during the teambuilding event.
6. Each team member must complete the questionnaire before or on the date that the facilitator from Trinity Truth Foundation will confirm with the contact person; thereby providing enough time for the preparation of the organisation's unique presentation during the teambuilding event.
7. The remaining 30% of the quoted amount is payable before or on the day of the team building event.
8. The organisation may indicate whether the presentation should be more spiritual or more secular, but the foundation of the teambuilding remains based on Romans 12.
